Meet Kirsty Goldfinch – resident Dove Personnel White Collar Recruitment Consultant.

Kirsty has been working in the recruitment industry for almost 4 years since a change in career opportunities opened the door for a successful career in human resources and recruitment. She brings a fresh new approach to her job with her enthusiasm, work ethic and affability.

Kirsty combines her passion for making the best recruitment fit the first time with her enjoyment of creating lasting relationships with her clients and candidates.

From providing advice and support to her candidates, to giving constant updates to her clients, Kirsty prides herself on providing a quality service.

Her specialized areas include marketing, human resources, office support, accounting , sales and marketing , engineering, architecture, surveying and town planning and construction industries, property and real estate. She enjoys recruiting for private and public sectors throughout Queensland and currently expanding into managerial roles interstate.  She has a love for remote recruitment and recently recruited a role in Kununurra, Queensland.
