What personal information do you collect? Dove Personnel may collect the following kinds of personal information: • information that you provide for the purpose of registering with the website, including to receive news and updates or respond to one of our surveys • information that you provide for the purposes of subscribing to or accessing website services • information you provide when you contact us with enquiries • information about your use of this website

Why do you need to collect this information and what do you do with it? We collect your personal information to send you our newsletter if you have subscribed, grant access to particular content, enable communications with you if you have requested it, or administer the website. Each time we communicate with you electronically as a result of you supplying details via the website, we will give you the opportunity to decline to receive any further communications from us. If you do not want to provide personal information, you are not obliged to but we will not be able to subscribe you to our email newsletter, or communicate electronically with you.

To whom do you disclose my personal information? We do not disclose your personal information to others. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent, share or disclose any information about you to any third parties. We do not disclose your information to any other person for any purpose unless we are authorised or directed by law to do so or unless you authorise its release. The Privacy Act also allows us to disclose personal information about you for purposes relating to public safety and law enforcement.

Who will see or have access to my personal information? Apart from situations permitted by the National Privacy Principles, your personal information will only be seen or used by persons working in or for Dove Personnel.  

Is my personal information secure? Our electronic information systems are password protected to prevent unauthorised access. Our staff are trained and required to protect the privacy of your personal information. If a service provider requires access to the personal data we hold, they will be informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do this and we will ask them to undertake to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Any use of your personal information by them will be subject to the Privacy Act and the Principles.

How can I correct my information? Every electronic communication you receive from us will include a link to enable you to update your preferences.
